Hi i’m Michaela Anne, a graphic designer and artist based in Portland Maine, with a deep passion for creating vibrant flower illustrations using Adobe Illustrator. I graduated from the Institute of Art and Design at New England College with a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography. My work blends contemporary design with a touch of whimsy, featuring bold colors and intricate patterns inspired by the natural world. I love exploring new design techniques and pushing the boundaries of digital art. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy video and card games, journaling, and immersing myself in music. I also find joy in exploring the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire and the scenic coast of Maine. As a dedicated fan of the Premier League and the Red Sox, I delight in attending and photographing live music concerts. When I’m not focused on my art or studies, I work at a local grocery store to support my hobbies. My art reflects my dedication to transforming the ordinary into something extraordinary.

Design is meaningful to me because it offers the chance to bring clarity and delight, whether through posters for charities or logos for businesses. I focus on using my unique, stylized approach to simplify complex information and engage a broader audience. By incorporating distinctive shapes and vibrant borders, I aim to transform everyday visuals into compelling and memorable designs.
